The Game Machine is a state-of-the-art mobile video game theater that brings the gaming experience directly to your location. We provide entertainment for birthday parties, school events, church activities, wedding receptions, corporate events, graduations, community celebrations, and more.

We proudly serve customers throughout Utah. Events within 30 miles of Sandy, Utah are included in our standard pricing. This covers most of Salt Lake County, southern Davis County (Centerville and south), and northern Utah County (Lindon and north), including the entire Salt Lake Valley. For locations beyond 30 miles, a travel fee may apply based on distance, travel time, and current fuel costs. If a travel fee is required, we'll discuss and confirm it with you before your booking is finalized—there are never any surprise charges. For private party events, such as birthday parties and family events, you can reserve your event through our online booking system. For schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and other organizations, please call 801-432-0102 for pricing and availability.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends. Many customers reserve several weeks or months in advance to secure their preferred date and time.

The Game Machine can accommodate up to 24 players at a time, with 16 seats inside the trailer and 8 additional seats outside. The ideal number of guests depends on the age of the players and the type of event, but our setup is designed to keep everyone engaged and having fun. Whether you're hosting a small birthday party or a large group event, The Game Machine is a great way to bring people together and create an unforgettable experience.

Our parties are designed for gamers of all ages. Most events are for children ages 7 and older, but teens, adults, and families love The Game Machine as well. Younger children may require additional adult assistance.

We offer a wide variety of popular games for Nintendo Switch, Wii, and Xbox consoles, including sports, racing, adventure, and party titles. All of our games are focused on the multiplayer experience to make sure that everyone can play. Game availability may change as new titles are released. Our nearly 200 titles are listed on the Game Library page.

Absolutely! We carry every game listed in our library, so guests can choose to play anything that is approved. If we don't have a particular game listed, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

M-rated games are only available with parent or guardian approval, or when all participants are 18 years of age or older.

Although that is technically possible, we do not recommend it. Install times, updates, and other technical issues can take game time away from everyone. If you have a specific game that we don't have in our library, please let us know ahead of the event and we can let you know if it can be accommodated.

Yes. The Game Machine is fully climate-controlled to provide a comfortable experience year-round, regardless of the weather.

Light rain, hot temperatures, and cold weather typically do not affect our events. The Game Machine is fully climate-controlled, so guests can stay comfortable while gaming. During inclement weather, outdoor gaming stations and yard games may be unavailable to protect our equipment and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. In the rare event of severe weather—such as heavy snow, ice, lightning, flooding, or unsafe driving conditions—we may need to reschedule the event for everyone's safety.

We require at least 50 feet of level parking space for the trailer and safe guest access. If you're unsure whether your location can accommodate us, contact us before booking.

No. The Game Machine is self-contained and provides its own power source, allowing us to operate at homes, schools, parks, churches, businesses, and event venues.

Yes. We can operate at most locations that provide adequate parking and access. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any required permits or permissions from the venue.

No. To protect our equipment and keep the trailer clean for all guests, food, drinks, gum, and candy are not permitted inside the trailer.

Alcohol is not permitted inside or around The Game Machine. Any illegal drug use or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

We typically arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and ensure everything is ready when your event begins.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded. Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before your event. Changes made less than 7 days may incur a $50 change fee.

Yes. We understand plans change. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and our current booking policies. Rescheduling can be completed on our website 7 or more days ahead of your event. Please contact us if it is less than 7 days so our staff can assist.

We may take photos during your event and share them with you afterward. Photos may also be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise before the event.
