Service Area & Travel Fees

We proudly serve customers throughout Utah.

 

Events within 30 miles of Sandy, Utah are included in our standard pricing. This covers most of Salt Lake County, southern Davis County (Centerville and south), and northern Utah County (Lindon and north), including the entire Salt Lake Valley.

 

For locations beyond 30 miles, a travel fee may apply based on distance, travel time, and current fuel costs. If a travel fee is required, we'll discuss and confirm it with you before your booking is finalized—there are never any surprise charges.

Reservations & Payments

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your event with The Game Machine. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Alternative payment options such as cash, PayPal, or Venmo may be arranged upon request. Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted. Please contact us if you need to discuss additional payment options.

If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days before your scheduled event, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.  

Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours, and can take up to 7 business days to show on your account.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling & Changes

Event changes or rescheduling can be made at no charge up to 7 days before your event date.  Changes made less than 7 days before the event will incur a $50 change fee per adjustment.  Any applicable fees must be paid before your scheduled event. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of service, in which cancellation policy fees will be incurred to the refund. 

The Game Machine is climate-controlled and operates year-round in most weather conditions.

However, in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

Food & Drink

The client or property owner assumes responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event.

The Game Machine is not responsible for property damage related to parking or operating the gaming trailer on the client’s property at the client’s request.

Any damage to the gaming trailer, equipment, or consoles caused by careless, reckless, or intentional actions by guests will be the financial responsibility of the client.

Damage & Liability

Our team may take photos during your event to help capture fun memories for your family or group. These photos may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes by The Game Machine.

If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify our team before the event begins.

Photos & Media

We offer games for players of all ages and recognize that some content may not be appropriate for everyone.

“M” (Mature) rated games will only be played when all participants are 18 or older, or with the approval of a parent or legal guardian.

Game Ratings

Alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in or around The Game Machine gaming trailer unless previously approved by management for a specific event.

Weather Policy

To help keep our gaming trailer clean and safe for everyone, food and drinks are not allowed inside the trailer at any time.

Information collected through our website, booking platforms, phone calls, or partner services is used solely for scheduling and managing your event. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Game Machine requires approximately 50 feet of safe, level parking space to operate properly.  We typically park on the street in front of your location. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate parking is available at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event time to help us start on time.
